Ticky Ticker and ReSPECT form

Well my heart is.. Well I dunno, damage has been going on for a while..

Trying to kick medics etc into action to see a Super Specialist in Brum.

On other news I've been told I should carry my ReSPECT document at all times.

New to me.

apparently it supercedes the DNAR form
