Hiya
First of all, thanks Sue for remembering EirÃnn was doing her Great Wee Scottish Walk yesterday and for posting!
Yesterday was a beautiful day here - the sun was shining for the first time for months and months. EirÃnn had an absolute ball - she RAN the 2 mile course and was first back, in less than 14 minutes!! So needless to say, she was chuffed to wee bitties with herself and went off to school this morning with her 2 tee shirts (a Kidney Research UK one and a Great Wee Scottish Walk one), certificate, medal, sponsor form and horrendous purple Kidney Research UK tattoos on her arm
But more importantly, she raised almost £340 for Kidney Research UK. I'm very proud of her and would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone from KPG who very kindly and generously donated! EirÃnn was amazed that people she didn't even know had donated on her justgiving page as well as the many family members and friends who added their names to her sponsor form. A huge thank you from EirÃnn and myself to you all.
Thanks very much.
Lots of love
Lorna
