Hi, Jim - just a quick note to let you know that I'm thinking about you! Just don't let all those doctors & white coats get you down, okay?

lots of love,
Cheryl

p.s. I don't usually suffer the "white coat" effect, but at my last appointment a couple of weeks back, the nurse took my BP and said, "Hmmm... 140 over 90 - not so good..." I said, "That can't be right!" The doc then took it again, and it was my "usual" 110 over 70. Now, that's more like it! -C-
