Kidney Transplant for Alasdair

Post by Alasdair »

Hi All,

Just wanted to share some good news. Last Monday I received the call at 3am to come in as they had a kidney for me, so far all is working well and I left hospital on Friday. I go back tomorrow for my first check up and will pass on any information.

All the best,
Alasdair

Absolutely brilliant news Alasdair! Hope you continue to make a great recovery - that was super fast in and out of hospital!

It's great reading KPG just now with so many transplants over the past few months, long may it continue!

Lots of love

hi Alasdair!

Absolutely fantastic news!!!! And a super-quick recovery- less than a week- amazing!!

I've just had mine too, so any questions/problems etc get in touch- I'm still feeling my way through the whole process, but so far so good!
