Has anyone any experience of CAPD on cruise ships? We are considering a Carribean cruise but not sure if it's a bit adventurous for our first holiday on dialysis!. Particularly concerned about fluid deliveries to the ship etc.. Have searched for threads on the forum but most seem to be about haemodyalysis.
Have been reccommended Ocean Village with P.&O. Any comments welcomed.
I would have thought that sounded a great idea - no personal expereince, but many of the big companies have expereince of dealing with dialysis (especially PD) travellers so I would ask the hospital/your fluid provider if they have dealt with them and also speak directly to the company.
