Feeling positive

Just a thank you to this wonderful forum I got my results today Egfr was 70 and creatinine was 74 last test egfr was 31 and creatinine was 150 I've really pulled the reigns in drunk lots of water watched my diet still losing weight to help my type 2 diabetes but feel great relief the infection I had uti probably didn't help but I'm going to watch my diet and the water from now on
