Hiya Jen as Lorna says its really important to seek medical advise help asap. It can effect kidney funtion and especially with your transplant being early days post transplant too. Let us know how you get on etc. Is it possible to contact renal unit but maybe able to be treated locally via gp or eme...

Think Jen you right when you say 'no news IS good news' often the case when waiting for post transplant blood results etc. Usually IF the phone rings on within 24hrs often hospital asking for repeat bloods etc 'just to be sure' etc. Glad all seems to be going well with your creatanine level (touch w...
