dialysis wards are ALWAYS cold. so are surgical wards, both pre and post op. i'm still not sure why, but its HORRID. instead of waiting till i'm about to die from cold (bc from nervousness i also shake.. in surgery areas) i started to ask for a blanket immediately. if i ever get admitted to thte hos...

I sleep with a summer weight blanket.. and just throw it off in the middle of the night... and curl into my pillow instead of scrunching in my blankket. about 9ish though, sometimes later, i get an extreme coldness in me. i get so cold i can't get warm. i shake and shak...
