Re: Warts, verrucae and abnormal smears
I suffered lots of warts on my fingers/hands years ago. My grandmother told me an old fashioned remedy, 'wee' on them. I didnt do that, but when my children where babies and wore terry's nappies I would rinse them before washing and my warts just disappered and to this day never had anymore. It must...

Swelling
I know this is very personal, and I think my husband will be embarrased if he knew I posted this, but since his transplant in August and all the other various operations his testacles have gone bigger and bigger. The swelling is now very large. I keep telling him to mention it when we go to clinic b...

Re: Retransplantation
They took the stent out on Monday, and his ureter failed again, urine backed up into his kidney. Today they have done more surgery, they have found his own ureter and attached it to his new kidney and bladder. They said there is nothing else they can do now. We are just hoping it works. I have faith...

Re: Transplant Update
So pleased for you. We had a few people who wanted to donate, but one by one they pulled out, all had their personal reasons. My sister went through the tests to nearly the end, then her husband died and the transplant was put on hold. When she decided to carry on her daughter became very distraught...
