I am the worlds worse at taking my tablets on time (apart from Rik). I basically take them when I remember- that could be at 10 am and midnight, or 8am and 11pm. Also meant to say that I take all of mine at the same time- tacrolimus and MMF along with omeprazole, antibiotic, and adalat, in one mouth...
