My numbers are still good. I should be thankful.

The protein reduction is a move by me to reduce red meat intake.
Most meat or fish is procured from dirty oceans or is horse dressed up as cow.
Red meat is not something I need going forward.

Thanks, I didn't intend to fudge the results, I meant I have been reducing protein intake for several months previously, not just in the run up to the test.

I did fly for 13 hours five days before the test but felt it would have been ok.
