G'Day Gang...thanx for all the goodwil messages. THis Hospital foyer P.C. eats coins like I currently eat bananas!!! So can't stay long. Creat 184 today. I have had 3 fistula ops all under a general, my last one in December was a Balisic Vein Transposition so can understand why that one was done under a general as it a complicated one with a rather large scar - otherwise maybe its because i can be a bit neurotic! advice/reassurance for my Dad please. He has just been told that, due to his arteriosclerosis, his veins and arteries aren't strong enough for a fistula. This means he has to continue hemo through his chest catheter. Has anyone else had to do this? . Any ideas if there are alternatives? Billie I lo...
