Welcome to the forum. Have you tried consulting other doctors to see if you really had a kidney problem? Try to have second opinions so you are sure of the illness you had and for the proper medication.

But dietitian suggest not to take yogurt but I have it in my fridge. There's nothing to worry. Nothing happens to me after eating it. Lol

Other than being careful with the operation site, you can do what you want. Kidney Patient Survivor To Work Out Again

Hello,

Is it possible to workout after the surgery? Like taking part to physical activities often. And what is the better exercise for post surgery survivor? I am thinking to do workout at home and not by seeing any doctor for rehabilitation stuffs so to reduce any expenses.

Hi Zoee, I felt how much pain you are in now. If only you have the best doctor in your way, you can alleviate the pain or might have been remove your problem. Try to see and consult with other doctors with the right specialty. Give time to exercise your body as much as you can. Do not ever lose hope...
