speaking to our Dietician some time ago double boiling is no longer mentioned as boiling for a second time doesn't take much more out of them and boiling in plenty of water is just as good As many have said on here you have to live and the odd "blow out" every so often is good for the soul...

As a dialysis patient on Bicarb dialysis my levels of Bicarb were always low under 19 and was on Bicarb tablets but had to fight to get on them as we know a low bicarb level raises pottassium which in my case was over 6 with the docs and dieticians saying the reason for the high K level was dietry -...
