According to nutritiondata.self.com, 1 oz cocoa contains about 200 mg of phosporus, so the darker the chocolate, the more phosporus it contains. Another issue may be phosphate additives. I don't believe these are worms. In schistosomiasis or filariasis you could see obvious, intact worms in the urine. To me, it looks like mucus, probably from the prostate, or semen. Semen causes a froth on the urine surface, which disappears within a minute or so. Mucus might be from a bladder cance...

Alcohol by itself probably does not cause significant dehydration. Alcohol initially suppresses the antidiuretic hormone, which results in excreting more urine, but as soon you start to lean toward the mild dehydration, this effects stops.
