Re: TEACHING STAFF RETURN TO WORK

Hi Humbert Thanks for taking the time to reply. Yes, I had advice (via email) from NEU - who told me the same thing and attached their recent publication on wider opening in September. I used this as the basis for discussion with my HR; notes were taken and passed to the Head. Further discussion too...

Re: TEACHING STAFF RETURN TO WORK

Thanks for reply Wagolynn. It is a nightmare trawling through so many documents. I think I need to be provided with a risk assessment first and am hoping to speak to my GP to find out what should be included as additional measures. I have a further meeting scheduled mid-August with Headteacher which...

Re: TEACHING STAFF RETURN TO WORK

Thanks for reply. I remember you from a few year’s back and hope you are well. Do you also teach? There will not be temperature checks or masks. Students to be taught in year group bubbles of over 100. Teachers to visit up to five bubbles a day. Students told to stay 2 metres from staff ... but they...

Re: Coronavirus

Hope everyone is well and coping with isolation/ shielding. I just wondered how others are coping with the thought of having to remain in isolation while the rest of the world goes back to a new normal? While we are all in this together I feel I can cope. At first it will be ok but when they say it...

Re: Coronavirus

I’m also in the group who hadn’t received a letter - 5 year post Transplant. I phoned GP. He said I wasn’t on list he had been sent - but that many weren’t. He didn’t know who sourced the list. He sent me one via email and I registered with Gov site. Then I phoned my transplant team. They said they ...

Re: Bleeding Ulcer one week postTX

Thanks - although from my own experience I know that DCD kidneys often do not 'wake up' immediately often delayed for days sometimes weeks. It's the ulcer and bleeding that worries me. I live a long way away, so can't discuss his condition face-to-face with medics. I hope you are keeping well - it's...

RE: Marrakech

Hello Has anyone had experience of travelling to Marrakech post transplant? I am three years post transplant and want to know whether it's considered safe from a food hygiene point of view, to travel to Marrakech. I have searched on Google but found nothing. Re: Holiday insurance

I have had the site Moneysavingexpert.com which is really comprehensive and can direct you to many companies which will insure you at various stages of your illness / treatment. In the last, I've used Freedom and recently GoTravel. They make an interesting g point about ensuring your travel companio...
