It is as important for dialysis patients to take a holiday as it is for anyone else, and provided you give enough notice and are flexible enough, there is no reason why you should not be able to do this. Arrangements for you to have haemodialysis at another unit, or have PD supplies sent to you, may be made within this country or abroad.
