I've got mine booked on the 24th
PKD/PLD diagnosed 1994, CKD stage 5 Oct 2007, Living Donor Kidney Transplant Dec 2008, still going strong!

had mine too now..
had a text.. then an email confirming I was booked in..
just needed to take in proof of immunosuppression..

I just told them I'd had a transplant and they believed me :lol:
