Hi All,

Hope this is helpful to a few peeps

Just a reminder that Starfuit:

and Grapfruit Image

Should be avoided if on immunosuppressive drugs such as Cyclosporin ( neoral) and some others.

If your immunosuppressed you should use sunblock if going out, even in cold wheather if its bright.
Being on immunosupression increases the risk of skincancers.. get that number 60 on before you go out the door :-)

Just a reminder, if I go on holday in the sun you'll often find me under the parasol :)
