Hi everyone, is 8 hours nocturnal hemo every other night on the old Fresenius 4008 machine enough or should it be every night.
Any comments please.

The best people to ask are your medical team. To be sure, your blood results and your weight (amount of fluid) has to be taken into consideration.
In the meantime:-
Are you achieving your dry weight?
Is the Kt/v target being hit, should be 1.4 or greater? (Kt/v less than 1.2 is serious)
If I remember correctly the Kt/v (a measure of clearance) is shown on the main screen, if not look at the graph of clearance and the estimated Kt/v it is on there, (the machine estimates the final Kt/v as it goes through a run)
If you can answer yes to both, then you are not doing badly.
