Hi
I HAVE HAD MY TRANSPLANT ALMOST 4Y4S. LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS STARTED GETTING JOINT PAIN
IN MY LEGS. WONDERING IF ITS ANYTHING TO DO WITH OUR REJECTION DRUGS.
HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS ISSUE.

I think because of steroid.

I have recently started doing yoga and find it helps a lot with the joint pain.

I've had periodic issues with this, fairly sure they're unrelated to tx drugs and just a consequence of getting older! Recommend yoga/pilates and light weight bearing exercise with stretches, really does help me :)

Just what the hos said today. Weight bearing excercise.
I forget that im 59 and joints not quite how they used to be.
