Welcome to the new Kidney Patient Guide bulletin board!

Post by Rachael »

Hi

Welcome to the new, improved Kidney Patient Guide bulletin board!

Unfortunately our old board, which has served us well for several years, is continually being attacked by spam mail that is corrupting the page and the old messages.

We hope you like this replacement bulletin board, which has a lot of excellent features. If you have any questions about how to use it, there is a Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) section above.

If you have any suggestions or comments about the board please post them here or email us at: [email protected].

We thank you for all your contributions to the board over the past five years and hope you will continue to use and enjoy it.

Best wishes
The KPG Team

Good work folks. Probably take some time adjusting to the new layout, but I like it. Any plans to add a chatroom?

I loved the old board and the wonderful people. It was such a great help and encouragement. I am excited about this new board though it will take me a while to become familar with it. Computer illiterate and "old dog new tricks" situation! I was a regular visitor to the old board but only posted once. Now that we are starting anew I hope to contribute more.

My thanks to those responsible for the new board and allowing us to continue to have valuable support.

Bless you, Anne

BB Code *ON* please..

Can we at least HAVE BB Coding On..

It makes quoting so much neater..

For one familiar to this board setup its perfectly adequate. It ddoes take a while to get to know it,.. perhaps a 'help' thread where newer members can ask technical Queries?

Hi Rachael.
Is the clock on the board behind by an hour or is it just my PC!

Now that I have been using the new board for a few weeks I can give it a very firm "thumbs up". I think it is excellent. It's loaded with so many new and useful features that I wish every other board on the web would copy. I'm learning new and wonderful things about it, day by day! And what a vast improvment on the old one which used to make me tear my hair out every time I tried, and often unsuccessfully, to use it. Thanks, thanks, and thanks again.
