DLA/Income Suport, Welfare Reform Bill

Post by JMan »

Well as you may have heard or read the new government Welfare Reform Bill has been passed.
For those of us on DLA, and similar benefits, there isn't a lot we can do except educate ourselves, and social workers/staff etc about the changes as much as possible.

I contacted my MP asking which renal patients or renal organisations had been consulted during the process, as it was stated on the Gov website renal individuals and organisations were being consulted. Maybe a bit late but at least I may find out IF any renal departments were asked, or patients, if at all.
