Kidney Patient Guide

Dear CKD Patient,

We are currently working on a project on chronic kidney disease and are looking for 2 UK patient respondents this time who have a chronic kidney disease stage 3 or 4 for phone interviews.

The telephone interview will take about 45 minutes and we are offering patients a monetary incentive of £100 for the feedback.

Requirements for participation:
- Patient is fluent in English
- Patient has been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease
- Patient has a Chronic Kidney Disease stage 3 or 4
- Patient has a eGFR rate is between 30 and 60
- Patient is not on dialysis

The interviews will be conducted by phone on either of the following dates at a pre-arranged time:
- Friday 28th of October
- Monday 31st of October
- Tuesday 1st of November
- Wednesday 2nd of November
- Thursday 3rd of November
