pulsating kidney

Hi everyone
Hope you are all doing well, I have a question that hopefully someone can answer. I had my transplant just over 5 years ago, and everything is going fine, but over the last couple of days I have had this pulsating in the area where the transplant is, can anyone shed any light or has had this feeling of their transplant pulsating. I do not want to phone the renal unit as it will be come in and we will have a look at you and the next thing I know it is you can stay in over night for tests lol, so here is hoping that someone has got an idea or can say if this is normal.
