TX Interference

Post by johnsor »

Has anyone had issues with their tx pushing on arteries and causing edema? My 2nd is on the left side and appears to be pushing on Iliac artery causing edema in my left leg. If so, was there anything they could do to fix the situation?? Thanks

Hi Johnsor
I haven't had this with my tx myself, but I know a guy in my unit had his tx four days before mine and he has had this problem too. Says his left leg feels like it's filled with cement.
Not sure they have done anything to fix the situation yet, but I would be inclined to ask for a scan to make sure that it is that which is causing the problem and not some sort of arterial blockage.
Hope all goes ok.
Ruth
