Contacts in the Fashion Industry?

OK, this is a bit of a long-shot but its worth a try! Here at LLTGL we are planning a big fashion show in London to raise awareness of organ donation and transplantation and to raise funds which will be used to help transplant patients.
Does anyone on here have any contacts in the fashion industry that might prove helpful to this project? We have some exciting plans in place already but want to make this a really big event so any help, advice or contacts you may know about would be really appreciated. Thank you!
