Actually, chat has been quite lively today for a holiday.
I'll be letting a local restaurant do the cooking for me today, and later on, my lovely man will be baking the (now) traditional sweet potato pie! MM MM!
Sod the diets and enjoy the blowout:) (Carefully of course 
It was a huge meal. My Mom rocks as a cook (and her daughter isn't half bad herself).
