Hi folks, long time no post. Hope that everyone is doing ok. A quick question for those of you who take sirolimus. My hubby is 20 months post transplant and is doing fantastically well on cyclosporine and mmf. He has been seen in clinic today and they have suggested taking him off cyclosporine and putting him on sirolimus instead. They tell him that the side effects and nephrotoxic effects are less than those of cyclo.Anyone have any experience of this medication? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
Take care all
