Patient / Staff Forum West London Renal Centre

I will be attending a meeting of the chairs' of the WLRC Patient / Staff Forums in a couple of weeks - specifically on behalf of PD Patients so does anyone have any ideas for specific issues that should be raised ?
Although this is specific to WLRC any ideas from any patients (especially PD patients ) for questions would be welcome as they might strike a cord with us.
e.g. my pet hate is appointment times at clinics where they book 5 people in within 10 minutes to see a consultant which means that people who work end up taking unnecessary time off as there is generally a long delay to see the consultant.
