Smoked salmon

Post by chrisb »

Hi, I have had a tradition of 40 years where I always have smoked salmon scrambled eggs and bucks fizz for breakfast on New Years Day. I had a transplant 12 months ago and I'm not sure whether I can still have the smoked salmon or not.

As the salmon has not been cooked it is a risk, if you want to chance it make sure the salmon is fresh.

The compromise might be to have tinned salmon, that will be bug free.
