It's the guidelines for how transplantees should be managed. I've found that sometimes it's handy to know a bit about them so that if one's treatment isn't following guidelines then it's easier and reasonable to ask why not.
These are the 2017 guidelines.. I haven't looked for the 2018.

More from a clinical approach but useful, especially as most hospitals seem to 'appear' to make up their own rules as they go along!
