Benefits alllowed to dialysis patients and caregivers in US

AYO, do any of youse know what benefits are allowed to kidney patients, like extra money to caregivers or any other benefits that we can get. Just want to know if there is something other than disability that we can get that i need to start looking into. I know the KPG gives out what the UK benefits are, (and its seems quite a lot) just wondering if the USA gives out the same kind of benefits and what they are. Thanks for any information.
