Elevated Creatinine

I am a 25- year old female, my weight is 85 kg/s.
I feel fine, no fever, no nausea / vomiting but I noticed a decreased in my urine output.
I had my blood checked last week(March 3), my creatinine is .8.
I had my blood checked again (March 7) and my crea elevated to 1.0
Anyone who had a familiar case? Seeing a doctor tomorrow.
