Was My Post Deleted - Documentary Screening

Post by Robert Mazure »

Hi there,

I put up a post about a screening that I'm putting on of a documentary that I made while I was away in India. I mentioned that I'd visited a hospital that specialises in the Naturopathic Treatment of CKD. Naturopathic Treatment means treating without the use of drugs. In this hospital that I visited patients were slowly weaned off dialysis and then treated nutritionally, with hydrotherapy and with fresh herbal juices.

I had put up more information in the original post. I have searched for my original post but it doesn't show up. Has it been deleted by the moderators?

Hi Rik,

Thanks a lot for getting back to me. No, I have already read the guidelines. I'd also like to apologise for not having approached you first, that was daft. I'm sorry that I first of all undermined you and second of all went on and put up a post that was possibly quite brash, without requesting permission from you initially. As you know from my original post I am a stand for the health and happiness of other people and all I do want to do is Empower others. I think the documentary would be a massive eye opener for a lot of people. I think everyone should have the chance to watch it.

I also read this in the guidelines:
“The Kidney Patient Guide forum is intended as a place where anyone affected by kidney disease, whether patients or their families and friends, can exchange information and find support”.

I think that's part of why I didn't approach you in the first place, because I'm offering information. Your thoughts are appreciated.

Not being an administrator I asked/thought it should be removed.

It promoted false hope in chronic illness. Now the term "chronic" in kidney disease is used to indicate irreparable damage to the kidney. Maybe you confused chronic with accute? If you have a background in the field of medicine that isn't something you should do.

Do you know what they call alternative medicine that has been proven to work?.........Medicine.

Hi there rheaybou,

I get that what I said may have been very surprising to you - what I said about this hospital that I visited and the results that they get treating CKD is not known to be possible here in the West. So I fully understand the range of emotions that I can bring out. I understand that you could even be angry reading my post. And yes, I'm talking about 'Chronic' Kidney Disease.

rheaybou - I've been away for over 18 months, studying and training in India, and the last time I was there I spent 7 months recording their system of Health Care. I've visited lots of different hospitals each with their unique speciality. For example, I visited a centre that's widely acknowledged to be the worlds leading centre into the effects of Yoga Therapy. The use Yoga, in conjunction with other healing modalities, to treat a wide range of diseases - they have Yoga prescriptions, specific prescriptions, for high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, asthma, digestive problems etc etc This institution was visited by the Indian Prime MInister on Jan 3rd of this year. The PM Narendra Modi went there to promote and support the event for Yoga as Medicine. I interviewed all that people that received PM Modi. I was truly blessed to have visited all of these amazing places.

There is a lot that's possible that we don't actually know about here in the West. In support of the research that I've done I have a professor from the Harvard School of Medicine supporting the findings, who features on the documentary that I'm producing. There's also another professor, who is a post doctorate fellow from Stanford University, who also supports the research that I've found. He also says how he has also personally visited the very same hospital that specialises in the treatment of CKD and has observed the results himself.

Listen, I really do appreciate you wanting the original post to be deleted. I get it. You were looking after other people, not wanting their or even your hopes raised. But listen, I've been to the hospital myself. I've interviewed the doctors myself. I've interviewed the patients myself. I have confirmation of the reduction of creatinine levels exclusively through Naturopathic Treatment, once they were weaned off dialysis.

I really don't know what to say to you my friend. But listen, why don't you come and watch the documentary when I screen it. I understand that you may be angry. I understand that it may be playing with your mind. But give it a chance. What do you have to lose. I've seriously got better things to do with my life than pretend that I went somewhere, invent false claims and piss people off.

The original title of my posting was I Am The Possibility of Health and Empowerment. So watch this documentary and let me inform and empower you. Do you know what?? What if I went there, witnessed all of this and then failed to actually tell anyone, failed to actually communicate any of this with anyone. What then? Wouldn't that also be letting people down??? Wouldn't that also be a disservice?? So then in your eyes whatever I do is wrong. If I've been away, witnessed all of this, spent the last 5 years of my life putting all of my energy into this 1 project - can't I then talk about it??? Should my posts really be deleted??? Are you really helping others by not enabling them to actually come to their own conclusions?? Are you really a stand for them??

I'm not pointing a finger, I'm just showing you how it can look from the other side of the coin. All you have to do is come and watch the documentary. You'll also see people being treated in other hospitals with a wide range of disease like MS, Motor Neurone Disease, stroke, diabetes, urinary disorders, IBS, hypertension, enlargements of the prostate, osteoarthritis etc etc it will be eye opening. You'll enjoy it.

I'm not here to twist your arm my friend. I'm here to pass on information. And I understand your resistance. But what could be available to you if what I say is possible?

Feel free to decline the offer, it's your choice entirely. I'll be releasing a 10 minute trailer at some point, probably towards the end of March. I'll make sure that I send it to you to look at. Meanwhile good luck my friend, no grudge held at all.

You mean his name?? Of course. I'm not however going to be giving them out pulicly - I don't know, maybe that's not ethical, maybe on the other hand it wouldn't be a problem - however you'll see him, and the professor from the Harvard School of Medicine, shortly on the documentary. This isn't a trick or a hoax, it's just me illustrating a system of Health Care in another country. You know in China all the hospitals are Acupuncture hospitals. That's what the medicine is there. But they practice it in conjunction with exercise (tai chi), nutrition, herbs and massage - much like this system of Health Care that I'm talking to you about.

But you'll see it all for yourself if you want to. It's actually no skin of my nose at all - if you can take that in the right way.

What harm would it cause by giving the name of this fellow/prof at Stanford and Harvard?

Sharing this now would only add weight to your claims and allow people to decide if this is real or fake before investing precious time and effort.

Sure you're right. I also don't see what the problem could be. Let me just check with him, he lives in India now, and then I'll share details : ))

every once in a while someone comes to the forum claiming to be the bearer of a previously unknown miracle cure ...
and I get on my high horse and say ...
'give it a rest fella ... do you think we would be wasting our time here if there was a miracle cure!!'

allow me a moment to climb onto my high horse ...

I think when ones says 'Hospital' generally we think of medical healing Robert ...
to be honest ... when you say 'Hospital' ... what you refer to isn't what first springs to our minds ...
Prime Minister Narendra Modi went to unveil a new hospital of Avadhoota Datta Peeam of Ganapati Sacchidananda Swamiji
lots of information about what you talk of can be found here ...

I'm not against homeopathic and holistic assistance in calming and reducing pain and stress ... I have enjoyed massage to reduce stress and had acupuncture to reduce pain in joints ... had joints come to that!! ... hypnotherapy can really help some people ... taking mixes of certain herbs and spices can help alleviate pain (shh ... who mentioned having a joint!!) ...
and if you are the same Robert Mazure (isn't google a great thing!!) ... who is a practitioner of holistic therapies such as Acupuncture ... Micro-systems ... Indonesian Massage ... Thai Massage and Tui Na Foundation (that's Chinese massage folks) ... then I can understand why you would want us to be as excited about what you believe in too ...

but I am against the idea that it is a cure all ... and this is what you are suggesting ...
we have had people spouting their beliefs in everything from vinegar to drinking lots of water as a miracle cure to kidney failure ...
take your time and search the forum ...

but ... believe me when I say this ...
forgive us if we don't seem as excited and hold our hands aloft and call you our saviour ...
we live in the real world ...
yes ... there are many ways that help us in pain relief ... not always is it medicine ...
I reach for cherries when I get gout ... I don't reach for the medicine cabinet ...
yoga ... a help in the reduction of blood pressure and pain by relaxation and stress management?? ... yes ... absolutely ... but the miracle cure??
forgive me if I don't rush to the door and praise Sri Ganapathi Sachchidananda Swamiji ...
real world ... real illness ... that's what people of this forum have to deal with ... 24 hours a day 365 days of the year ...

now Robert ... please ... you were saying ...
well actually ... no ...
you haven't been saying ...
you have only been alluding to ...

What harm is in giving a name, letting people research the claims you seem to be making....You gave your name and so why not the name of people backing up the research/numbers/results you claim to have seen?
