I would think that information about you should only be shared on a need to know basis, that is people who are actively involved in your case :)

I had mine the other day and had completely forgotten about it until I saw this thread.

I'm worried now they didn't do it right, my arm doesn't hurt and I feel great (well as great as I could feel all things considered)

:D

I lost a job because of my memory and concentration, I'm a carpenter and I began making stupid mistakes and forgetting to do things, I worked for the company for many years, one of the directors was the big I am and made a big thing about it and generally ridiculing me so I felt obliged to leave, sh...

Even if the surgeons had the legal right to take organs as requested by the "owner" how many would in the face of a distraught family? As Oldborris says "what a sad commentary on the NHS", we have concerts for Africa by popstar flexing their political muscle, but not a whimper fr...

What about trying a TENS machine?

I bought one recently for knee and back pain, I was astonished by how effective it was.

If you ask at hospital they could maybe lend you one to try, I borrowed one and bought my own it was so helpful.

Hi Nicky

I also go to Treliske

I only ever get to see a renal consultant every 3 months, I've never been offered any counselling or any other help other then one meeting with a dietician when I was first diagonosed 4 years ago.

Maybe because I'm stable I don't need any more?
