Manchester has a very large University and as such has a very large student population. Manchester Royal is almost in the centre of the University's and as such has a very good bus service. Hi Nickp Im from manchester and have been in the system for 20yrs + Manchester Royal has just opened this year a state of the art dialysis unit which i believe is very good.... every station has its own bed and little (about a4) entertainment screen shows tv and computer games etc.. Im transplanted ...

Had a few messages from Kath (Jens sister)...... Jen is out of HDU but the kidney is sleeping although working a bit. I think its just a waiting game
