Everyone is different and egfr is an estimate.
Don't think there is anything to worry about with either number.

Re: Got a date...
Thanks for the kind words.
Last time, 15 years ago, I was a lot more run down after nearly 3 years on pd. Can't remember that much about the run up to the transplant. This time is far more planned, not sure that if that's easier or not.

Got a date...
So after 9 months work up, myself and my live donor finally have a date for transplant.
All going well I should be able to dodge dialysis this time.
Like all these things, months of waiting and when we were told the date, we were like - wow that's soon

Re: anybody with low GFR( mine is 20) and still continue to
Currently working full time with a eGFR of 10.
Pretty tired now, getting worse a little each week. Currently waiting on my live donor's work up to be completed with the hope of beating the clock on dialysis.
Went back to work after my first transplant at week 4. Everybody is different.

38 Years old , Married with 2 kids.
Live transplant 13 years ago. 3 Years PD / 6 months APD before that.
Travelled and worked whilst on PD.
Going through work up for Tx list again as we speak. Slow decline of function recently.
