Mediterranean cruise

I am planning a Med cruise early next year, while on PD.
The company I am using is Ocean Village, I have contacted them and have been told that they have had several PD patients in the past.
Has anyone been on a Med cruise while on PD, and if so, how was it,
any advice would be greatly appreciated.
