I like the idea of meeting up. KPA at QE Birmingham is mainly committee members other patients seem bit slow in wanting to do anything. Be good to chat to others.

thanks Helen i have been to drs he thinks counselling god idea. Seem to be just like a rollercoaster with emotional ups and downs since transplant. Some say its all the different meds.

Hi all just wondered if anyone else gets bouts of nausea and or diarrhoea, Im on 5mg steroid 2.5mg tacrolimus x 2 and 7.5mg mycophenalatex2 plus bp and statin. RE hairloss, yes I lost quite a bit and it was noticeable, I ended up having my hair cut. Been 13 months now and it does seem to be coming back fingers crossed!!!!!!

My husband donated to me and was told not to take Nsaids, our hospital is in the process of doing an info leaflet for donors (with real donors helping) post tx and eventually pre with all this info in.
