Thanks both. @Amanda - I saw your post over on JenJen's question and thought exactly what you said. It might go well on 170 and not so well on a lower level or the other way round, they just don't know. Just wish it wasn't quite so scary with so many risks involved. Hi all, I've just swapped from MMF to Azathioprine and my createnine levels have gone from 140 to 200 and now down to 170. Does anyone have experience with this and found that their levels went down to their normal baseline again after a while? Has anyone experienced a pregnancy on 170? Also, does a...

Hi Jen, I just did the same swap and my createnine went up from 140 to 200 and then back down to 170. It's not been that long so I'm hoping to get it back down to around the 140 mark again but the docs are not hopeful. Luckily you have a lower baseline so even if it does go a up you should be fine! ...
