Had my flu jab and HepB booster on Monday 1/11 had an achey arm for a day or so thats all. Get the jab any ill effects are far,far milder than a full blown case of the flu.

Have you tried probiotics available from health food stores ? I take capsules (not the drinks) They just seem to normalise things. Also have you thought you might be dairy intolerant ? Try avoiding milk and dairy foods for a few days see if that helps. Hope you find a solution soon.
